Job responsibilities

As a Strategy Analyst Intern, you will support strategic decision-making through research and analysis, prepare stakeholder presentations, collaborate on projects, and assist with financial models. You will also monitor industry trends and contribute insights during team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide, communicate, and implement strategies to address competition, changes in client preference, and improvements in technology and marketing tools, maintain a competitive market knowledge, conduct research to understand trends and opportunities
  • Perform financial analysis and modelling, responsible for conducting financial planning and analysis, and provide further insight into the firm's overall strategy by identifying critical questions and performing ad-hoc analyses
  • Responsible for building appropriate external and internal client-facing materials, joining meetings with clients/investors/partners, and tracking the progress to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage relationships with key partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the projects, responsible for project delivery both internally and to external parties This includes working within an aggressive timeline and driving to the completion of process generation, user documentation, blended learning plans, etc.
  • Carefully track exceptions and build processes to accommodate and prepare the line of business with processes and documentation to manage the change long term. Perform additional job duties as required.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Result-oriented, dedicated, and hardworking who can deliver on time under pressure with attention to detail and quality standard
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, proficiency in Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred due to the market focus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, alternatively Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
  • Interest to learn about and to collaborates with Finance Institutions, Product Management, Project Management, Compliance, and Legal team
  • Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
