What's the job about?

The people engagement team is a small, close-knit, and dynamic team rooted in an agile and hard working mindset.   • You will work as our brand ambassador and manage the full recruitment cycle including candidate screening, interview arrangements, offer negotiation and onboarding supports 
  • You will maintain a recruitment applicant tracking system, ensure all information is up-to-date and manage the job posts through different recruitment portals
  • You will also help with job postings, contract generation, employee working visa
  • application, and on boarding task administration. 
  • You will work closely with different business units to understand their hiring needs and conduct market research and provide recruitment insights to hiring managers 
  • You will support analyzing important recruiting metrics and data insights to better understand our recruiting work.
  • You will support other HR/recruitment related projects such as internship programmes, government subsidized talent acquisition programmes, Talent events, etc.

 

What qualifications do you need?

  • 2 - 4 years working experience in the recruitment industry. Experience in an in-house environment is an advantage 
  • Ability to work independently and take 100% ownership of projects
  • Strong experience in managing recruitment process with proven ability to recruit candidates in the financial industry
  • Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized with the ability to multi-task and follow-up

      What's the job about?

      The Project Manager is responsible for running the take-on and software development projects implementing the Prive Financial Solutions for clients, and coordinating with the Project Management Office and external teams to deliver multiple projects at a time using a hybrid approach. The projects are small to medium-large sized, and length from one to six months and could be delivered across the globe disregarding the Project Manager’s homebase region. 

      What qualifications do you need?

      • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business and Information Technology are preferred)

      Office Infrastructure Engineer/Manager

      About the role: 

      Prive Technologies is hiring for an Office Infrastructure Engineer/Manager. You will be part of our core in-house infrastructure team, building up, improving and maintaining our office infrastructure for our globally dispersed team.

      Responsibilities

      • Perform support and administration duties on infrastructure including GSuite, Windows, network, Azure, Windows, Linux, Mac, etc.
      • Perform IT helpdesk support.
      • Establish monitoring for infrastructure health.
      • Work closely with the security team to define and implement the security strategy.

      What’s the job about?

      Your primary responsibility will be:

      • Managing and making visible the product backlog, or the prioritized list of requirements for future product development.
      • Changing the order of items in the product backlog
      • Being available to the development team at all times to answer any questions team members have regarding the clients views of how the team is implementing a product feature.

      In this role, you will be responsible for:

      • Create data models, data integration design and ETL processes.

      Role Description

      We are looking for a Client Service & Onboarding (CSO) Intern to assist the CSO team with client onboarding analysis, day to day incident management and client engagement activities. The role supports the CSO Manager with process changes, internal and external reporting, data analytics and root cause analysis as required.

      Key Responsibilities

        • Work with Technical Leadership to define and drive a roadmap to automate API testing of the Prive’s core systems, with a focus on our Ordering Management System.
        • Develop Dashboards/Reports to summarize testing status and gaps in the system.
        • Develop/enhance and maintain Test Automation Frameworks for API testing

        As a Member of the Engineering Team, you’ll:

        • Mentor more Junior Members of the team in writing testable code
        • Participate in Code Reviews and Architectural Conversations to bring a testing Perspective.

        Requirements

        • 5+ years experience automating testing of mission critical systems using industry standard tools like JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, JaCoCo, SonarQube, etc.
        • Proficient  in Java is a requirement.
