Job Description

Be part of our core in-house DevOps team and enable our software delivery teams to manage their delivery pipeline and to run their systems. The team is international, diverse, young, highly motivated and passionate about the product. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform first-line support to calls/emails and ensure prompt resolution, primarily focusing on API-related incidents and requests
  • Ensure client communication is appropriately managed
  • Escalate issues in accordance with the client escalation framework
  • Review control reports to ensure all client support tickets have been followed up according to service level guidelines

Client Support Analyst / Associate (Client Services & Onboarding - API)

About the Team

The Client Services & Onboarding (CSO) team plays a vital role in forging enduring relationships with Prive’s customers by providing a seamless onboarding experience and reliable client support to them. We are a small, close-knit, and dynamic team rooted in an agile and hard-working mindset. Operating in a fast-moving environment, each member is expected to display considerable ownership of their responsibilities so that their impact can be felt throughout the Privé organisation. Privé is a product-centric company. The Product Group is responsible for envisioning the product roadmap; coordinating with the clients to translate the product requirements into executable initiatives driven by business priority and seeing through the end-to-end implementation.

You will work closely with the Product Managers, Sales, Tech, and other teams to facilitate the requests and needs of Prive’s customers across Asia and Europe.

Job Description

The role will sit in the team responsible for the trading & cash management aspects of our investment platform: order creation, portfolio rebalancing, pre-trade checks, trade execution, order settlements.

It will take responsibility for articulating user-stories, helping design processes and products and delivering projects whilst working with technical teams to obtain requirements and write functional specifications.

The primary goal in a Product Owner role is to represent the client during the Product development process. A key activity is to manage and make visible the product backlog, or the prioritised list of requirements for product development.

Responsibilities

  • Own your product development from requirement definition, to a deployed and sellable product
  • Continuously interact with product management, UX, developers as well as other various stakeholders in order to co-create and then evangelize the product vision
  • Translate business requirements, uses cases into user stories through JIRA, and continuously ensure that all requirements are understood and prepared
  • Collaborate with sprint team for sprint scoping, planning to maximize customer value output

QA Engineer

Job Description

Be part of our core in-house QA team and responsible for manual testing for our wealth management platform. The team is international, diverse, young, highly motivated and passionate about the product. You will have the opportunity to work in a global technology team and provide your own creative input.


Responsibilities

  • Business analysis of what tests cause the biggest impact on the firm's revenue stream and customer happiness
  • Analyzing user stories/requirements for validity and feasibility
  • Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration and Regression)
  • To develop a strong understanding and translate the business requirements into test
    scenarios and test cases
  • Develop, maintain and execute test plans
  • Assist developers in the troubleshooting of testing issues
  • Effectively communicate as a team player supporting the overall product development effort
  • Ability to understand business cases and proactively suggest features
  • Assist development/QA team members on writing test scripts
  • Provide feedback on both technical and business issues to the team

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on manual and functional testing experience; automation experience would be a bonus
  • Knowledge in Java programming, Selenium , Web Services - REST API Testing
  • Asset Wealth Management Financial knowledge – preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility in a workplace, and able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment

Strategy Analyst Intern

Responsibilities

  • Provide, communicate, and implement strategies to address competition, changes in client preference, and improvements in technology and marketing tools, maintain a competitive market knowledge, conduct research to understand trends and opportunities
  • Perform financial analysis and modeling, responsible for conducting financial planning and analysis, provide further insight into the firm's overall strategy by identifying critical questions performing ad-hoc analyses
  • Responsible for building appropriate external and internal client-facing materials, joining meetings with clients/investors/partners, tracking the progress to make sure timely delivery
  • Manage relationships with key partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the projects, responsible for project delivery both internally and to external parties This includes working within an aggressive timeline and driving to the completion of process generation, user documentation, blended learning plans, etc.
  • Carefully track exceptions and build processes to accommodate and prepare the line of business with processes and documentation to manage the change long term. Perform additional job duties as required.

Qualifications
