Responsibilities:

 

  • Provides support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs
  • Identifies upsell opportunities with existing clients, but understanding pain points 
  • Compiles and analyzes data to find trends
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
  • Handles complaints and negotiations
  • Provides product knowledge support to the sales team
  • Ensures coordination between the product team and sales team, to structure SOW are aligned with company practices and in line with client requirements
  • Works with sales for RFIs/RFPs, getting detailed information from relevant teams
  • Keeps an ear on the ground with all deliveries for clients and tracking invoices
  • Sets frequent review meetings with clients and addresses issues

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business and Information Technology are preferred)
  • At least 5+ years of client management experience
  • Experience in the banking or technology industry is a preference
  • Must have experience in technical account management 
  • Must be fluent in English, and fluency in Mandarin is a plus

IT Service Desk Engineer/Manager

About the role: 

Prive Technologies is hiring for an IT Servicedesk Engineer/Manager. You will be part of our core in-house infrastructure team, building up, improving and maintaining our office infrastructure for our globally dispersed team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform support and administration duties on infrastructure including GSuite, Windows, network, Azure, Windows, Linux, Mac, etc.
  • Perform IT helpdesk support.
  • Establish monitoring for infrastructure health.

    Role Description

    The Project Manager is responsible for running the take-on and software development projects implementing the Prive Financial Solutions for clients, and coordinating with the Project Management Office and internal teams to deliver multiple projects at a time using a hybrid approach. The projects range from small to medium-large sized, and length from three to twelve months. The role is based in Germany (Munich), and while it will focus on delivery of projects in the DACH region could also support project delivery across the Prive operating territory.

    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business and Information Technology are preferred)
    • Any project management qualification such as PMP, Prince 2 or any agile certification (SAFE, Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
    • 2-5 years of experience delivering projects in a software environment with specific experience managing projects using a formal SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

    What’s the job about?

    Your primary responsibility will be:

    • Managing and making visible the product backlog, or the prioritized list of requirements for future product development.
    • Changing the order of items in the product backlog
    • Being available to the development team at all times to answer any questions team members have regarding the clients views of how the team is implementing a product feature.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Create data models, data integration design and ETL processes.
    • Ensure user stories are “ready” for development to start work.
    • Ensures each story has the correct acceptance criteria.
    • Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog.
    • Ensures close collaboration with the development team.
    • Works closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right client requirement is solved. This can involve sharing market research and competitive analysis with the team to best focus their efforts.

    The Senior Project Manager is responsible for running the take-on and software development projects implementing the Prive Financial Solutions for clients, and coordinating with the Project Management Office and external teams to deliver multiple projects at a time using a hybrid approach.     Role Description

    We are looking for a Client Service & Onboarding (CSO) Intern to assist the CSO team with client onboarding analysis, day to day incident management and client engagement activities. The role supports the CSO Manager with process changes, internal and external reporting, data analytics and root cause analysis as required.

    Key Responsibilities

      As a Member of the Engineering Team, you’ll:

      • Mentor more Junior Members of the team in writing testable code
      • Participate in Code Reviews and Architectural Conversations to bring a testing Perspective.

      Requirements

      • 5+ years experience automating testing of mission critical systems using industry standard tools like JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, JaCoCo, SonarQube, etc.
      • Proficient  in Java is a requirement.
      • Strong Knowledge of Microservices, Queues (Kafka, Solace, ActiveMQ)
